Students complete the form and have it signed by their advisor for approval. - ส่งคําร้องทั่วไปที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากอาจารย์ปรึกษาและคณบดี ที่แผนกบริการ/รับลงทะเบียน สํานักทะเบียนและประมวลผล อาคาร 1 ชั้น 2
