Procedure of General Petition Form:

1.  Download หรือขอแบบฟอร์มคําร้อง สทป.102 ที่แผนกบริการ/รับลงทะเบียน สํานักทะเบียนและประมวลผลอาคาร 1 ชั้น 2
   The form is available at the Office of Registrar, Building 1,2ndfloor.
2. พบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา เพื่อขอคําแนะนํา กรอกรายละเอียดในคําร้องให้ชัดเจน
   Students complete the form and have it signed by their advisor for approval.
3. ส่งคําร้องทั่วไปที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากอาจารย์ปรึกษาและคณบดี ที่แผนกบริการ/รับลงทะเบียน สํานักทะเบียนและประมวลผล อาคาร 1 ชั้น 2
   Students submit the signed and approved form at the Office of Registrar, Building 1,2ndfloor.
4. รับส่วนท้ายคําร้องจากเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักทะเบียน
   Students keep the slip as evidence.
