In case of resignation, students from the academic year from 2008-2011 have to send Notebook / Netbook & My Choice Clicker back by following the conditions
below:
– ส่งคืน My Choice Clicker ที่ศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศทางการสอน อาคาร 9 ชั้น 1
Students send My Choice Clicker back at Teaching Excellence Center, Building 9,1stfloor.
– ส่งคืน Notebook / Netbook ที่ศูนย์บริการคอมพิวเตอร์ของบริษัทฯ ผู้รับผิดชอบ ตึก 2 ชั้น 1 และศูนย์ความเป็นเลิศฯ เพื่อยกเลิกสัญญา

– ติดต่อสถาบันพัฒนาบัณฑิตสู่ความสําเร็จอาคาร 10 ชั้น 5
Students contact Institute of Graduate Academic Achievement, Building 10, 5th floor. - ยื่นคําร้องและเอกสารแนบ ที่แผนกบริการ/รับลงทะเบียน สํานักทะเบียนและประมวลผลอาคาร 1 ชั้น 2
Students submit the form together with the receipt at the Office of Registrar, Building 1,2nd floor. - รับส่วนท้ายคําร้อง เพื่อเป็นหลักฐาน และติดต่อกองการเงิน อาคาร 1 ชั้น 2 ตามวันที่กําหนด (กรณีที่มีเงินคืน)
Keep the slip as evidence and contact Finance Department, Building 1,2nd floor. (in case of a refund).
ข้อควรปฏิบัติในการขอรับเงินค่าประกันของเสียหาย
- . ต้องนําบัตรประจําตัวนักศึกษามาแสดงด้วยทุกครั้ง
- ในกรณีมอบให้ผู้อื่นรับเงินแทนต้องใช้หนังสือมอบฉันทะตามแบบฟอร์มของกองการเงิน มหาวิทยาลัยหอการค้าไทย
- ค่าประกันของเสียหายนักศึกษาจะต้องขอรับเงินคืนภายใน 6 เดือน นับจากวันที่ได้รับอนุมัติ หรือมีคําสั่งให้พ้นสภาพการเป็นนักศึกษา หากพ้นกําหนด
มหาวิทยาลัยจะงดจ่ายเงินคืนตามประกาศ มกค. ที่ 91/2530
