Petition Form of I Symbol Approval
Conditions:
- Petition form must be submitted within three days
excluding non-working days. The day is counted from the day of examination absence. If the submission is delayed over three days, student will automatically get F. - Student or parent must bring the petition form with other proofs to be submitted at the school
where the student is studying. - After approval, student or parent must pay 100
baht per subject for I correction fee at Building 10 Floor 1. - Students must take an examination on the day specified by
the lecturer. Otherwise, it is considered being absent for examination and he or she will automatically get F. - The school will process I correction within the first two weeks of the
following semester.
Procedure:
- Download หรือขอแบบฟอร์มคําร้อง สทป.702 ที่แผนกบริการ/รับลงทะเบียน สํานักทะเบียนและประมวลผลอาคาร 1 ชั้น 2
The form is available at the Office of Registrar, Building 1,2ndFloor. - พบอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา เพื่อขอคำแนะนำ กรอกรายละเอียดในคำร้องให้ชัดเจน และขออนุมัติจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาและคณบดีที่นักศึกษาสังกัด
Students must complete the form and have it signed by the advisor and the Dean of the School where they are studying. - ขออนุมัติจากอาจารย์ผู้สอน
Students must submit the form to be approved. - ส่งคำร้องที่ได้รับการอนุมัติจากอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา ยื่นที่แผนกบริการ/รับลงทะเบียน สำนักทะเบียนและประมวลผล อาคาร 1 ชั้น 2
Students must submit the signed approval form with all required documents to the Office of the Registrar, Building 1,2nd Floor.
