- กรณีที่เจ้าหน้าที่ทำการอนุมัติรูปถ่ายแล้วไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนได้ ยกเว้นบางกรณีเช่น รูปกับชื่อไม่ตรงกัน
- กรณีถ่ายรูปที่มหาวิทยาลัยไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนรูปได้ต้องถ่ายใหม่
- กรณีอัปโหลดรูปด้วยตนเองและยังไม่ได้รับการอนุมัติเท่านั้นถึงจะสามารถเปลี่ยนรูปได้ด้วยตนเอง
