Question about the Office of the Registrar?

Please submit Expected Graduation Request Form with the signature of advisor and officer of Activity Unit.

Students can ask for transcript/certifying letter waiting for the University Council to approve the graduation. This can be done for further education or job application and can be submitted via online request and at the Office of the Registrar, Building 1 2nd Floor.

Students can check their names as graduates in the Registrar System and choose Name of Graduate Menu.

Students prepare 2 graduation gown photos of 2 inches with the request form 109 (Graduate Registration).
